Once you have found a home that suits your needs you will need to apply to qualify to lease it. What to Expect as a ProRenter Resident
We pride ourselves on offering convenient and friendly customer services to our residents. Once approved you will find out how easy it is to sign a lease and move into a ProRenter property. We use an electronic signing platform which is easy to use. This means no need to make a special trip to sign a lease, nor do you need to print anything off. You will simply receive the lease via email for electronic signing and once it has been completed by all parties you will automatically receive an electronic copy for your records.
When it is time to move in to your new home we meet you at the property to provide you keys. Our properties must meet particular standards for condition and cleanliness so you know you will be moving in to a quality home. If a maintenance issue does arise during your tenancy simply fill out a service request and we will dispatch one of our licensed and insured vendors to rectify the issue. We also provide a 24/7 emergency maintenance line if there is ever an emergency maintenance issue at your rental home.
We make it easy and convenient for you to pay rent. We offer online rent payments via your tenant portal using your checking or savings account. You can even set up online recurring payments. You can mail in a payment to our P.O. Box or if needed you can call in to make a payment by phone.
