ProRenter Property Management is a family owned and operated business. Our company was founded on the concept that our clients and tenants deserve the best, most proactive customer service in the industry. Our clients are not just a number or revenue stream to us but they are a valuable team member and our success is not possible without theirs. Therefore, we have established an affordable, comprehensive, and professional management system with our clients’ interest at the forefront. We manage a select portfolio of properties so our clients and tenants get the attention and support they need.

As owners of the company we have more than 15 years experience in the property management industry. Our unique combination of property management and accounting experience give our clients a competitive advantage. We have worked for various management companies in the state of Utah and we were always disappointed to see how clients were treated. Eventually all of the management companies we worked for lost sight of their values and the only thing that became important was the bottom line.

We promise to always treat our clients with the respect they deserve. We keep honesty, integrity, and ethics at the core of our business. Our clients are happy with us and continue to refer friends and family because of our excellent customer service, the results we deliver, and the professionalism of our operation.

As licensed real estate agents and a licensed brokerage we are members of many professional organizations such as NARPM, UAA, NAA, and we participate in the Utah Good Landlord Program. Through these organizations we seek out opportunities to continually educate ourselves on this ever changing industry. We strive to provide our clients with proactive property management solutions through innovative processes and systems.

Our Team

Paul Watson

Paul is the Owner/Broker of ProRenter Property Management and has more than 17 years experience in the industry and started ProRenter in 2013. He is from Logan, UT where he graduated with a BS in Marketing/Economics from Utah State University. Logan is where Paul met his wife Alli and they now reside in Syracuse, UT with their two children. Paul has served on the Syracuse City Council since 2002.

Paul enjoys reading, playing sports, being outside with his kids, board games, camping, and watching movies. He loves to laugh and make sure those around him do the same.
Paul is passionate about ensuring his clients receive the best service in the industry and has assembled a unique team to help him accomplish this goal.

Allison Gould

Allison joined ProRenter in 2015 and has worked in the customer service world for over 20 years. Originally from Idaho, Allison lived in Utah for 10 years before relocating her family to Las Vegas, NV a few years ago. Allison loves being outdoors, traveling to new places, bowling, reading, going to the movies, and spending time with her family and friends.

Allison oversees our billing and AP/AR behind the scenes. She also assists in getting our new property management clients set up for success by getting their utility billing and landlord agreements in place. Allison’s positive attitude and attention to detail make her one of a kind!

Joe Hernandez
Resident/Leasing Coordinator

Joe joined ProRenter in 2022 as our Leasing and Resident Coordinator. He has both sales and customer service experience and has received some of the highest customer service satisfaction ratings in industries he’s formerly worked. Joe assists in answering questions from prospective residents, processes applications, drafts new lease agreements, assists lease renewals, and helps current residents with non-maintenance related customer service.

When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with the ones he loves.
Joe enjoys making videos, watching comedies, spending time with his girlfriend Bernice and dogs Charlie and Missy. He also likes playing basketball. Joe loves to help others thrive and accomplish their goals.

Tanisha Dingwal
Maintenance Coordinator

Tanisha joined ProRenter in 2023 and has worked within the customer service sector for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in ensuring that the customer experience goes above and beyond to get resolutions. Tanisha works with our residents and vendors to ensure that anything maintenance related is resolved quickly, so our residents can enjoy the properties they rent.

She loves to binge watch horror movies and series, play football with her children and cook Jamaican cuisine.

Carlos Catalan
Maintenance Technician/Property Inspector

Carlos joined the ProRenter team in 2024. He’s worked in customer service for over 20 years. He moved to Utah in 2006 and started working in construction part time over 15 year ago and loved it so much he started doing it full time. Carlos ensures that the properties we manage are prepared for new tenants. He completes painting and repairs, so that our properties are in great shape when tenants move in. Carlos also assists in completing resident service requests and conducts move out inspections and periodic inspections in occupied properties.

Carlos has been married for 33 yrs, raised 3 wonderful young men, and his family continues to grow with the addition of daughters-in- law and his sweet grandson. In his spare time he loves to play or watch soccer, work on cars and spend quality time with his family .
