Tips On How To Maintain Your Rental

ProRenter Property Management primarily leases single family homes, condos, and townhomes. As a tenant of these types of properties more of the property maintenance is your responsibility. This differs from renting an apartment where the owner is typically responsible for a majority of the property maintenance. Please reference your lease agreement to see which maintenance responsibilities are yours. If you are unsure a particular issue is your responsibility please contact your property manager and they can assist you in interpreting your lease. Also, if there is a maintenance issue that is your responsibility, but is beyond your skillset, then please contact us and we can put you in touch with a qualified vendor to assist you.

Buying a Home

We would of course love it if all of our residents continued renting one of our properties for as long as possible. However, we realize that for some our residents it may be time to consider home ownership. If you are thinking about purchasing a home please give us a call. We would be happy to refer you to our affiliated real estate sales brokerage and get you in touch with the appropriate buyer’s agent. We are also happy to ensure you coordinate your transition to home ownership in compliance with your lease agreement.
