WHY ISN’T THIS INCLUDED WITH MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE?

In order to keep our fee schedule simple, transparent and fair, we have chosen to apply fees only when a service is provided. Increasing our monthly management fee to cover the costs of maintenance would penalize owners with properties requiring less work and time. Applying charges only when we ivest time and effort into a property ensures we’re offering both specifically tailored service and reasonable, equitable monthly fee for all of our clients.

These evaluations are conducted once a year to ensure the tenant is properly maintaining the yard and exterior of the property. The service is very helpful for properties where the tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard.

Whats Included?

ProRenter’s fees are all performance based. This means that you don’t pay anything until we have placed a qualified tenant in your property who is paying rent. We don’t have any upfront fees or reserve requirements.

This ensures that we are highly motivated to rent your property as quickly as possible to a qualified tenant who will pay their rent on time.

Our success is tied directly to the success of our clients. If you don’t get paid then we don’t get paid.
